Negar kharkan was born in 1983 in Tehran _IRAN.
She started Music at the age of 11.
She got B.Mus from Music college in 2003 and her M.Mus from Art university in 2006.
She started learning music in 1994 by going to Music conservatory and learned Kamancheh by Masters: Hadi Montazeri , Ardeshir Kamkar and Saeed farajpouri .
She started Teaching kamancheh in Music conservatory in Tehran since 2002_2008 and Teaching at Art& Architecture university of Tehran since 2008_2010.
She is teaching at Rhythmitica online Music Academy since 2014.
